Hi, I’m River Nighting. I’m a Soul Mother, Spiritual Guide, and Practical Healer. I work with people navigating the hardest, strangest, most disorienting parts of life—grief, illness, trauma, family unraveling, spiritual confusion, or just feeling deeply lost and unsure.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and real. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all answers or shiny programs. I offer presence, insight, and a space to exhale, reconnect, and start to feel like yourself again—or even discover a version of yourself you haven’t met yet.

This path wasn’t just studied—it was lived. Over 20 years of practicing, questioning, breaking down, rebuilding, and learning what actually helps.

I draw from astrology, breathwork, Taoist and Buddhist wisdom, nature connection, intuitive listening, ancestral support, journaling, and energy work. But I don’t force tools or systems. We only use what speaks to you. Some people want grounding and practical insight; others need spiritual guidance or energy work. It depends on where you are.

At the heart of it, I’m here to walk with you—gently, steadily, and without judgment. You don’t have to do it all alone.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me gardening, drawing, experimenting with herbal medicine, dehydrating food, talking to my dogs like they’re people, or writing late into the night. Wildlight Path reflects how I live, how I heal, and how I show up for others.
